Horrible customer service. Rude owner and staff. Didn't greet me after I said good afternoon, I had to repeat it, and he said... "What!!" He saw the coupons in my hand, and pointed to the sign that said no coupons. I couldn't believe that. I don't mind thefact that they don't participate in the coupons, I do mind not being greeted and being given hand gestures without conversation.He could have simply said "we don't participate, however we do have other good deals". This was one of the worst and oddestexperiences I have ever faced in Brooklyn. Don't waste your time or money going to this particular Subway's. Honestly, theyshouldn't represent Subway's at all. They discredit the entire Franchise!! I went to other Subway's who didn't participate inthe coupons, and purchased 2 delicious sandwiches for my husband and I. Read more
I ordered a spicy Italian with double meat this morning and they REALLY loaded it up. It was amazing, some subway are stingy,... but this one is great. Thank you to whoever made that sandwich, you're amazing! That's how all subway should be! Read more
No dine in right now so only pick up, takeout and delivery. Made a to-go order with the app. The order was accurate and done... when I arrived for pick up. Polite and friendly staff. Clean place and all the chairs was pushed to the side. Read more
One of the WORST Subway ever. Full of Attitude staff, will talk to you rudely and treat you like you are a beggar. It didn?t... happen only once its a every time thing.
