I have not gone to this location personally. But just got off the phone with my sister who was sobbing because the man working... threatened to call the cops on her and accused her of placing a fraudulent order online. This man called her personal cell phoneprior to her arrival to the store, and did not leave a message before marking her order as fraud twice and locking her out ofher subway account. This man also heckled two other customers (one including a Doordasher who was not very fluent in Englishand was confused and scared at the multiple mentions of police being called), and cancelled another customer's order right infront of them, claiming the same thing. My sister has not yet recieved the money back from her first order. And I can assureyou proper complaints will be filed with the BBB for the outright display of psychotic behavior by the employees of this subwaytoday. Read more

I haven't been to a subway in a bit..I got a Ham and cheese and It had 2 Lil pieces of ham 2 Lil cheeses... I got 2 cookies all... that for about 15 bucks when I got home and handed my 26 yr old son that sandwich..HE LAUGHED sorry...I won't go back so cheapwith the Ham..wow. Read more

I'm pretty sure the guy making my sandwich was taking a personal phone call while I was placing my order (mumbling under his... mask with one airpod in). Also no chips in the entire store. In all my years eating Subway never seen that. And lastly, this maynot be specific to this location, but since WHEN is an oven roasted chicken footlong $11? Standalone, no chips (obviously) ordrink added. I'd be better off going to my local bodega, which I do 99% of the time. Fresher ingredients, better prices,friendlier service, and you best believe they have chips. Probably won't eat here again, especially after the new Jimmy John'sdown the street opens. To the guy working, I'm sorry if you were having a bad day. I know life sucks sometimes, but this was myexperience. I hope tomorrow's a better day for you. Read more

I love the location of the store. I do not love the service. Customer service is the main thing you learn when dealing with the... public. You are also taught to not bring your attitude to work with you. The server was not happy to be at work my sandwich wasweak and never again Read more

The sandwiches were alright not the best not the worse. Subways used to be much better, more meat, more veggies the portions... have gotten smaller. If you're in a hurry need a quick bite it's a good place to stop. Read more

I would not recommend this Subway restaurant to anyone . The most reason I go to Subway restaurant is the veggies in your... sandwich , my favorite Subway restaurant is in the Bronx at 3422 Jerome ave , excellent service and never make you cheap on theveggies sandwich , well the story here is not that satisfieng , footlong sandwich meatball-marinara is 4.99 ( 5.43 with thetaxes ) everything is good until the moment the put veggies part on your sandwich , first missing spinach , ok no big deal ,then I want lettuce , the guy put super thin layer , is like this lettuce is so expensive to him , green pepper 4-5 this piecesand 3 slices of cucumber! In comparison to my main restaurant at Jerome ave , this sandwich will be fulfilled with lettuce ,cucumber from end to end and at least 10 pieces of green pepper , but this is not this the saddest part of this review , is theattitude when I addressed and said that the most places I go , they at least double the amount of veggies on the sandwich , theanswer of the guy behind the counter was "- It is 5 dollars sandwich , what do you expect?" I mean , like how much is 2 moreslices of cucumber cost to make the customer happy ? Or lettuce? Very rude and disrespectful attitude from the employee or he isthe owner , I don't know , he basically pointed that meatball-marinara is a cheap sandwich , and once you buy this cheap , theveggies on it are only few , if you want more need to buy more expensive sandwich .
