Subway is Subway, you go in & out. But if you go to THIS Subway, they treat you right. The tuna was kept in the fridge and the... cookies were straight out of the oven. Abdul Kader will make your sandwich like if it?s HIS! He and the crew give great serviceand and are polite and respectful. They really have the best cookies! This is how you eat fresh! ???????? Typical Subway. In and out in minutes. Update 4/21/2022, this Subway is a non-participating franchise, in other words don't... expect to use those coupons you get in the mail, or the flyer bag delivered to your home. Subtracted one start for that. Read more

The worst customer service ever... Clients can sometimes take you there however, when the customer service is simply outrageous,... you the client have to step back, count from 10 backwards and say 'not today' then walk right back out. Read more

I visited two Subway locations, one closer to home, (*not 1.8 miles away, more like .8 of a mile away), where I experienced a... problem. The other one is where I purchased four sandwiches n received four star service. I left the first location bc theperson making my sandwich was unsure of the number of eggs to add and, when he asked, another man told him to remove some of thesteak from my sandwich. He did. According to the other rude man, I was only supposed to get "one scoop" of meat. After the manremoved the meat with his hand, I stated I didn't want the sandwich and the other man said that I must have been "confused". No,from the beginning, I asked for a steak, egg, and cheese sandwich. The man making the sandwich did not know what HE was doing,HE didn't know what HE was to put on the sandwich. So, who was confused? I know one thing, I was not confused enough to buy mysandwiches at that first Subway. *Problem location is where the old Pathmark used 2 b. Read more

If I could give "0" stars I would. I've come to this location a few times when it was convenient and/or enroute home. I recently... visited and the service rep ("Mia?") refused to take or honor my coupon which was good for a month. Not sure if there was alanguage barrier, but "Mia" claimed that they don't accept coupons at this location; despite none of the coupons stating "atparticipating locations." It was my understanding that the mailer coupons would be good at all francised owned and operatedlocations. "Mia" claimed there was no manager present when I asked to speak to one. I tried to call the 800# Subway customerservice, but wasn't able to speak to anyone. I also tried contacting the store directly, but the phone rang and the mailbox wasfull. DO NOT go to this location if you can avoid it. They are dishonest and poorly communicate. Read more
