Out of all the subways in the bay ridge/south brooklyn area, this is my favorite one, always very clean, professional and nice... people, sandwiches are always made on point and they sometimes offer me a free cookie :) Read more
I ordered at this place from my app and when I went there and asked for my order, they asked for order number but the app had no... order number so I showed my app with the order. My sandwich was right there but they refused to give me. They asked for my nameand I said my name, the order had my nickname which is very similar to my name and they refused again. The utter disregard totry to listen to people was unbelievable, I cant believe in this day and age you can get by having this kind of customerservice. I wouldn't care if the sandwich was any good, but it literally didn't have any meat on it. It was like eating an awfulsalad sandwich. I would never step foot on this place ever again. Read more
