We waited a while to get our drinks. There wad a bit of confusion because other people where getting their drinks out of order... so some people started to get frustrated. It wasn't so bad once we got the drink. However it did take about 20 mins after weordered to get our drinks which would be normal if there was a super packed Starbucks (which I've encountered) but there wasabout 10 people waiting and 4 staff.
