On Wednesday September 7th 2022, about 4:18pm and African American worker with reddish colored weave was very nasty in her... response when I simply asked her, was the pumpkin latte already sweetened. Her response was ?umm how would I know,? and lookedat me like I was stupid. which was shocking because you don?t have to taste the drink in order to know about the products yourselling, just ask your associate that your working with, easy. She needs to be re-trained on customer service, horribleattitude. Read more
Customer friendly. They are fast and make your beverages just the way it should be made.
Hours posted as open at 6:30 (Saturday). At 6:35 they gave us 7 fingers. So not reliable
A lot of sugar in the iced coffee. I don't know why there would be any since I didn't ask for sugar. The hot coffee was lukewarm... and seemed diluted. Maybe I got them on an off morning? Read more
right. if you're in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn shopping or at cinema, this is the ideal place to grab a cup or reusable... souvenir. it's in a great location where you're steps from busses & subway lines. & there's a park close by. there are timeswhere the store will be crowded, it is Starbuck after all, so be a bit patient especially if persons in front are orderingmultiple or customised beverages. I order here everyday and my order is always consistent. The store is always kept clean and mobile orders are easy to grab when... you?re on the go and looking for your own order. Throughout the week the store is busy and the morning rush rarely gets backedup. The staff here is always communicative and friendly. They?re about getting your orders correct and making sure you?re happywith your order. Nice staff vibes! The barista prepared my coffee in just the right color variation. I do not know her name, but I could tell... that she is gorgeous and had the prettiest eyelashes. When I asked who prepared my coffee, she motioned with a soft utteringthat she did. I exclaimed that my coffee color balance was perfect! And thanked her tremendously. The batista who took ourorder was equally easy to engage with and ever so pleasant. After providing proof of our vaccine status, we sat for a briefmoment. Shortly thereafter, we exited, we bid the entire staff a round of thanks and regards for a lovely day. Me to my nextappointment and my pal returned to the office. Thank you Starbucks ???? Read more
