ALWAYS a 20 minute wait no matter how many people are waiting for their orders. Today I waited over 40 minutes and it turns out... they didn?t have an ingredient. No one told me or called my name when the ticket was ready. I was sitting in front of them thewhole time. Two employees straight up ignored me. I?ve worked retail and customer service for over 19 years so I know stuffhappens and things get crazy but c?mon man! Read more

This store is my favorite! The store manager and staff always is nice, they get my drinks perfect even though they are... completely different from most orders. I see an employee always doing something as well as the store noticeably clean. This isthe closet Starbucks to the hospital that my friend is currently at. He requested a Starbucks frappe (a very complex one) and ilet the store manager Nickia know yesterday October 10th at 1:50p. As a struggling artist taking care of my friend everyday ithas been hard, they were able to listen to my requests and then some, which made the day for me. Thank you all for showing mesuch gratitude. I hope that Nickia can get a shout out for being so sweet and helpful, it starts from the management. Read more

Everyone is quick to write a negative review but we as people sometimes forget how kind words can change a persons morning. the... morning Staff at Franklin ave/eastern pkwy are by far the most hardworking and efficient staff I have seen in a Starbucks in awhile. Sometimes I drive into my office just to come pick up a coffee. In Particular there is an employee named ISA or ESA (Ihope I spelled this correctly) he is the most pleasant and kindest individual. He pays great attention to detail and puts somuch care and love into my custom orders and its always handed off with a good morning and a smile. He is like the heart of thestore he is such a pleasant soul and he by far makes the BEST DRINKS IN THE STORE! Kudos to the whole Franklin ave/ eastern pkwyfam especially to ISA who makes my morning every morning and can even remember what I ordered last week customizations and all.Everyone here deserves a big thumbs up for all their hardwork and the way they tackle the morning rush! Expressionless barista didn't greet me & I was the only one at the counter. Since she also didn?t ask my name, my coffee just... sat there with other call-in orders and no one bothered to say anything. At least my drink was prepared as requested. Next time,I?ll wait 15 minutes & go to Coffee Land when it opens at 7. Previous visit was Starbucks-standard quality with much bettercustomer service. Read more

This is the worse experience I?ve had at a coffee shop much less a corporation such as Starbucks. It all started when I first... walked in and it was no other guests. Yet, I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge that I was there. Then alady approached me and took my order. She steeped away and another person finished my transaction which I didn?t think muchabout. After that, I waited. Then I waited some more. Now the store is full of patrons who are coming in and out and receivingtheir orders. I processed to ask the staff hey did you guys forget my order. Then She gives me an order but it wasn?t my order.Something told me to double check and I?m glad I did. She then gave the order to the correct person but the problem is that Iliterally walked away with it which is gross to me. So now it?s 20 minutes I?ve been waiting, no exaggeration. She finally comesout with my order and proceeds to just slide it to me. No sorry about that just nasty behavior as if I did something wrong. Ontop of that, they didn?t close the coffee probably so it ended up spilling in the bag and getting on my egg bites. So I had tothrow the whole meal away. Waste of a nice Sunday morning. All is not lost because I just went to the coffee shop across thestreet. Read more
