I was a regular customer here,but after tonight, I will never think about Smash Burger. I went for a burger with my daughter... and got my cell phone smashed!!!. It's a new crew and new management. I even called the police to make a report,and of course,NYC Police was no help. NYPD suggested I file with the courts to get my phone repaired even though an employee smashed it on thefloor. Horrible Smashburger experience. Staff doesn't care. Place was a mess. Order took forever they sent food out little by little,... and it was cold. My husband's burger was just sitting waiting to get dressed and by the time he got it it was dry and cold. Wecomplained to manager and she apologized and offered free milkshake. One of the worse Fast Foods I been to, and that's saying something. Extremely poor customer service. No one at register, 2... people standing in food service area and bunch of folks in the back chatting while people waiting for their order. One skinnygirl in particular was beyond rude. Seemed like she didn't wanna be at work nor socialize with anyone, including her own coworkers. Supervision at this store is lacking incredibly! Not to mention not single person wearing a hair net.
