Food is disgusting, the waffles is horrible tasted like play doh and was so thick and nasty .. dont waste ya money trust me
It’s very embarrassing to be picking up your food and seeing summer youth workers getting yelled at (young girls at that for... not knowing how to do a task) I felt bad for the workers this isn’t the first time I’ve come in here either I’ve seen themanager yelling at multiple staff workers while I’m ordering or picking up and this is supposed to be a family restaurantdoesn’t feel like one when every time I come it’s like Hell’s Kitchen while the manager is outside having a nice chat withfriends The food is good but it’s very unprofessional environment to do all that in front of customers multiple times Read more

Three really young girls at the front desk, two of them on their phones and the third one doing nothing. No customers, really... slow day. I let them know I'm there to pick up. I say I'll wait, no problem. Ten minutes go by, nothing. I was at the door thewhole time, one feet away and the place is super tiny (some 4 sq. feet). I ask again about the order. One of them goes, "oh,it's right here". Seating on the front desk for who knows how long. I ask once more, "and you didn't call me?!". She replies, "Ididn't know you were still here".... This is not my first time ordering from here, never had a problem until now, I placed my order 1hr in advance, then when I go in... they have no order ready, then my order is discovered and I specifically ask for the sauce of one of my orders to be put on theside and they put it all over the tenders. The wait is 45 minutes, period point blank. Not 15-20 minutes. & They only take cash. They seem to lack organization and people... in the back don’t wear masks and speak over the food which i don’t like but the food was okay I guess. The wait was not withthe food though. FOOD: The mac and cheese had a lot of flavor and a tad bit too much cheese but that’s just my opinion.Everyone likes mac & cheese differently. The wings were soooooo good. I had sweet chili on the side, in my opinion it tastesbetter with the sauce on it but I only received 1 very small cup of sweet chili. The portions are really big, the chicken wingsthemselves were on the larger side which is a bit suspicious but I’ll say less. The fries were like regular frozen fries outof the package but they hit the next day when you reheat it, idk why. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The more mature lady at the front hadthe most welcoming and kind presence towards me and thanked me for my patience which I appreciated because I was lowkey catchingan attitude for having to wait for so long. The other two younger ladies weren’t very welcoming. They remind me of teenagegirls in highschool that the teacher pairs you with but they don’t really want to work with you but they just do it and get itover with. I couldn't wait to try them but that first impression threw me off. Somebody else mentioned the teens working there. While I... don't know if they're the same ones, I can say I received the same treatment. When I went in, one just looked at me, the othertwo were too busy on the phone or with their own conversation. I had a Groupon, (which is no excuse for bad service). I had tocall the number 3 times before someone answered, only to be told that they do not take orders over the phone. Went in to placethe order and was asked if I called it in. (Really?!) While waiting, someone came in, said they placed a phone order, paid withGroupon and got their food. I was told it was going to be 15 mn. When I came back, I had to wait almost another 30 mn. As forthe food, the Rasta Pasta was good. But the chicken that came with the waffles was very tough, like they had been reheated. Iunderstand summer youth, but maybe have an adult working with them. Read more
