Had Shake Shack for the first time and not sure what the big deal is. Cheese on the burgers tastes a bit fake and stands out... over the taste of the meat. Fries were good. This location messed up my order somehow so I had to wait longer as people whoordered after me got their meals first. It was also in need of cleaning with the condiments table particularly messy. Perhapsother locations are better run than this one. Read more
The hamburger? It's OK. But: -They have only 2 toilets, and one was broken. You are in one of the most visited cities in the... world, put a bucket or something. -Tables are so sticky that if you accidentally touch one you won't be able to get a quickgetaway. -The sauce station ran out of ketchup. You have one job at the sauce stations, and it's to keep the ketchupcoming. Also, the Americans had culturally conquered the world and they don't have to care about learning another language.There is no need to make a poor young American try to scream GONZALEZ to give me my order. Amazing burgers, chicken bites and hot dogs. Strawberry shake and mango passion was pretty good too. They missed out our... strawberry shake in the order and no condiments where asked. Misspelled the name as well. One another thing that managementneed to take care off is educate employees about good customer service and be pleasant. I understand the stress working in afast food Resturant I been there too. Will visit again Shake Shack may be another location. Read more
I love Shake Shack! Can?t go wrong with anything here. It does get busy at some point so ordering through the app definitely... helps. I love my Shackburger, bacon cheese fries, milkshake, basically everything!!! Read more
After visiting New York and seeing Shake Shack everywhere I thought I'd give it a try. I had their cookies and cream milkshake.... It was good but was more of an ice cream like consistency. It was definitely very filling! Read more
Great experience, fabulous view of the Brooklyn Bridge, good service, clean tables and bathrooms. There's a changing table in... the women's bathroom. Only tried fries with bacon and cheese because I had been eating so much ???? but they were delicious.Warm and cozy inside during a rainy day! Read more
Meh? been to a few shake shacks but this one is probably the worst one I?ve been to. Chicken bites were burnt, tasted like the... cooking oil was long overdue a change and burgers were okay. Tried the Hot Ones burger which doesn?t come with any lettuce ortomato so don?t forget to add it to your order if you are expecting it. Overall the service was slooooow and waited longer thanwe should have, considering the restaurant was pretty quiet. I?ll stick to the locations I know in the future. Read more
