This was our first time here, & we came for dinner... everything was delicious from the crab cake appetizer all the way to the... blueberry crumb dessert! He had a honey marinated salmon, & I had the chicken piccata, the sauces on both were clearly homemade& delicious! We shared a Purple Passion Tsunami which was bursting with fresh fruit & the perfect amount of alcohol. We finishedwith dessert... I'll be back for brunch (it looked fabulous), as well as Second Climax dessert. Valerie was the sweetest & tooksuch great care of us! The fish & berries were so fresh. The menu isn't big, but it's clear they're passionate about making surethe items there are one-of-a-kind. Can't wait to go back & try more! Read more
The service and the food were incredible! My friend and I were looking for a spot to grab brunch, and we were in for a pleasant... surprise. I had the blueberry pancakes, bacon, eggs, and the biscuit! All of them were cooked to perfection. I also had theorange soda, which is made in house! It was so yummy! Never thought I’d write this about a brunch, but I’m convinced the food here tastes like love. The biscuits were crispy on... the outside and soft and airy on the inside, with a deliciously tangy homemade strawberry jam. The amazing mess - an unassumingegg and sausage sandwich - had this amazing homemade pork sausage with a unique blend of herbs. And the crab corn cake wasmoist, flavorful, and light. The chef herself came by our table several times to talk to us about the food, and everyone elseworking here was equally attentive and kind. Ok I heard how great the fresh made that minute biscuits were so made sure to eat here. I walked in and was greeted big smile... and then the specials and I decided on crab cake ! I waited bcuz I knew the biscuit was on its way and 8 minutes later a giantsweet fresh biscuit appeared from the Chef. The conversation went all about the different ways to serve crab cake and we agreeshe does it the best. I had to also order blueberry pancakes and ask the chef V said it's gonna take a minute bcuz it's handmade.... so worth it Fresh coffe from a French press and again delightful and true neighborhood feel. Had a late brunch here and its literally the best brunch Ive ever had. Biscuits are out of this world, Omelette was legit the... tastiest egg dish Ive ever had. My friend had the peach bacon pancakes and they tasted even better. Seriously, if you are everaround this neighbourhood, you need to try this place. Service is outstanding, and the chef is the nicest and came out to makesure everything tastes perfect. Try it! Read more
We just ate here and had the most delightful experience. Classic brunch menu but with a little twist. Everything is freshly ... made so that may mean a little wait but absolutely worth it. The chef also engaged with us and let us know exactly what was ineach dish to make it so special. There is so much love and pride in this menu And you can taste it with every bite. If I had onecomplaint it was that the Bloody Mary was a little strong for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Oh, and thecomplimentary homemade biscuits were up there with maybe the best I’ve ever had! If you want a great, homey experience withgood fresh food can really recommend. Read more
If you want phenomenal customer service and catering?! Look no further! The chef came out and greeted us personally! She gave us... samples of many different items on her menu to try. They were all marvelous! I went here for brunch with 3 other girls and theycatered to us like queens. The hostess and chef was excellent! They made us feel like we were home! I come here every week justfor the service and get to try different foods. If you come offend enough, the chef will let you try her new recipes for yourreview, free of charge! Stopped here while in town for a wedding. The food was truly delicious, you can tell care is taken with each plate, and they do... remind you that it will take some time to prepare since everything is fresh. The pancakes were excellent, complimentary biscuitsand jam were great, and the chicken in the chicken and waffles was flavorful and moist. The chef is very involved in yoursatisfaction and it shows in the quality of the meal. Read more
