Very good food but the place did not have air conditioning and it was a very hot day.

The food is amazing, staff is super and they offer free meals to the community during the last hour before closing everyday. If... you want to support a small business, this is the place. They give back to the community and their service is outstanding. Read more
Oh man is this food great. It's hot and plentiful and delicious. You can tell because it's got a crazy lunch rush. It's like... one of those buffets where they serve you. I was like, "how does this work? Is it like a two meats combo or. . . ?" The lady waslike, "Just pick whatever you want, and we'll just fill it up." And no kidding did they fill it up. The container barelyclosed. I got the dirty rice, pinto beans, and stewed goat (I think). It was so good! Tons of flavor, the beans were so creamyand the meat was fall-off-the-bone, fatty, and so much of it. Top it off with a ton of their hot sauce, and you'll be in fatheaven. It lasted me three meals btw. I don't remember how much it was, but it was probably in the $12 range. Anyway, I will belooking for excuses to be in the area, so I can go here. Read more

One of my favorite restaurants with cheap prices and great food. They also have a seating area and the servers are amazing. They... told me that once they close they give out all the leftover foods to people that are homeless, which they say they like to giveback to the community.
