As a long time fan of Saravá Modern Bistro, I wonder where I should start reviewing one of my favorite restaurants in Bay Ridge... Brooklyn?? I can start by telling you about the delicious food, or the cozy atmosphere on its dining room, the adorablebackyard, or the wonderful hosts and owners, Rafaela and Chef Leo, who have become family with how often they?ve hosted our manyspecial occasions. But, let me start at the drinks! ????If you?ve never had a Caipirinha, run don?t walk to Saravá and ordertheir Caipirinha flight and taste 5 different ones! The Prosecco Pop is the perfect Summer drink and if you?re a beer fan, ourfavorite is the Saravá IPA on draft. Food-wise, I?ve got 2 dishes on repeat: The Yucca Gnocchi and the Bob de Camarao - eachhearty dish is perfectly executed each time you visit. We?re there often so at this point we?ve had everything on the menu butthose two dishes have a special place in our hearts. All the appetizers are delicious. fantastic place in bay ridge, unique menu with a Brazilian spin. Excellent service, fresh and high quality ingredients, and... beautiful back deck to enjoy it. My favorite thing to order is the shrimp dish (bobó de camarão) that's served in a pumpkin! Read more
The best Brazilian food and cheese bread ever!! I always have great experience at this place. The service is amazing and... everyone is friendly and kind. The food is delicious and they have a great selection of wine and cocktails. I highly recommendvisiting Saravá Bistro. Read more
