Service workers are great and the food was phenomenal, I could tell they put their blood sweat and tears into my 4pc discounted... on the app and they were beating those fries into the ground! There?s especially this nice young Hispanic lady with dyed hairthat I appreciated, she said my outfit was ?giving? and I really appreciate it even though I?m not aware of those mannerisms.Thank you again for the amazing food and service! The service at the Popeyes at the Greenpoint location on Manhattan Ave. is the absolute worst service ever. If less than 1 star... was acceptable for the service rating, my rating would have been rated less. The service from the staff is very unprofessional,very discriminatory, discourteous, unethical and needs immediate improvement. I?ve had a number of bad or inappropriateexperiences at this location including missing food, and cold or food that wasn?t fresh. However, last night on Sun. 12/04between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm when I went to this particular Popeyes with a 5.49 coupon for a 2 pc signature meal I was almostcharged an upgrade fee for a breast and wing because the 3 staff workers said that the picture on the coupon showed a leg andthigh and only. My response was that not what?s in black in white on the coupon, and that I?ve used this same coupon at severalPopeyes, including different Popeyes in Manhattan where sometimes the prices are slightly extra and that many of the otherPopeyes that I?ve been to have honored the same coupon without any exceptions. I?m not too sure if there was a language barrierissue between the 3 staff workers and myself, but when I mentioned to the staff workers that there?s always an issue at thisparticular Popeyes, I was told that they don?t make the rules, and was called being sassy, and that they couldn?t even give methe choice of chicken as a courtesy. After all of that, I told the staff workers no problem and had to go to a differentlocation that wasn?t in my neighborhood that honored the same coupon without any issues or exceptions at store #13045 at 259Vandervoort Ave. in Brooklyn. If the manager of this Popeyes located at the 918 Manhattan Ave. location in Greenpoint Brooklyn,or someone from corporate could respond this rating, that would be greatly appreciated. Read more
