The store manager is horrible. He needs customer service training. He talks to customers so disrespectful. He yells and screams... at the customers. He accuses customers of stealing food whic they paid for. This store would have better reviews if they hadbetter management. Read more
This location takes the fabled Popeyes location scouting agreement of bad location, bad service and great food and SMASHES... it. The location feels too safe, the service is mid, but I'm looking for the classic "get out of here" vibe from employees. Thefood, also mid. If they were to somehow replace the parking lot with an alley that's only light source was a flickering Popeyessign and the headlights of cars passing by then I could see my swapping the rating to a 4 or a 5. great sandwich and great service. I went to the counter 10 minutes after paying to check on my order and the very friendly... cashiers apologized for how long it had taken. My sandwich was ready maybe 45 seconds later and they gave me a big bag of friesfor free because of my wait, which I didn't even think was that long. And the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing- the best oneI've had at any Popeye's location. Read more
