If I could give this dump negative stars I would. I ordered through the app for delivery. The app bypassed the Pooeyes in my... neighborhood to send me their rubbish. They?re nasty both in character and in atmosphere. They DO NOT CLEAN UP. The chicken ishandled like garbage and tastes that way as well. They gip you out of condiments biscuits and sauces and if you ask for anythingthere?s a severe attitude that follows. Not one employee has good customer service skills. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Waited quite awhile b4 we received our food, slower than usual without an excuse. Ppl on line waiting 2 b served showed signs of... frustration, glad no one blew up. After all of that, chkn was, still, worth the wait. Read more
It was quick and easy to order and tasted pretty good..
Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was severely undercooked. Took the sandwich back and had to argue with the clerk to... get my money back, despite having the entire raw chicken sandwich to return. Also paid .50 for a BBQ sauce to put on sandwichwhich she refused to give me the money back for. Unless you want to get SICK! I would stay away from this location. Read more
The black Haitian casher guy mistakenly gave me two bag of fries when I looked in the bag after leaving the store I realized.... So I brought It back because I was missing a Cajun rice instead of him letting me keep the fries since it?s already opened. Hetook it out the bag and left it on the counter didn?t even throw it out right away. Then when I asked what he?s gone do with thefries he put his head down ignoring my questions. From my observation upon leaving it seems like he?s going to give the touchedfries to another customer. That?s a huge health concern for me corporate needs to investigate this location. Read more
This is not a Popeye's. They have the same sign, name and logo, but this is not Popeye's. Their chicken taste completely... different, it's dry and pasty and it's not cooked properly. Also, the thing that makes their biscuits so special is the factthat Popeyes butter is the biscuit tops. This place has no clue that you have to do that. The biscuits are dry and disgustingwith absolutely no flavor. This place misses the point of what Popeyes is supposed to be. Not even close! Quality control hasoverlooked this place so badly that they just serve anything and call it popeyes. This place is not Popeye's! I'm surprisedPopeyes doesn't sue his place for trademark infringement.
