Every time I order they always get something wrong or an item is missing. The sauces are what makes the chicken taste good.... Even when you pay extra for the dips they still forget. Smh. Read more
Was fine. Service left alot to be desired and the wait was long. But the food was good! So I gave it a nice star rating
On Tuesday June 28th, 2022 I walked in to Popeyes & ordered my food. After receiving my order I was made to wait 15-20 minutes... for my drink while customers who ordered after me were given their food before me. This is not the first time I have beensubjected to this treatment. It feels as though the staff here has a dislike for African Americans. This establishment wouldfail without the black dollar, they should treat African American customers better than this. I?m a manager at a rehab center inthe area and I conduct myself with 100% professionalism at all times. I expect the same from other ?professionals?. This isunsatisfactory customer service. I ended up requesting a refund for the food since it got cold sitting on the counter. Poorcustomer service doesn?t just hurt the customer, the business suffers as well. Today May 7th I ordered the 6 tenders 2 can dine and all of my tenders had way too much fat and very little breading and even... from the look it isn?t very appetizing. I picked off the breading of the first one but if you look at the second picture youcan see that there was very little breading to begin with. Tenders should be crispy and I?m highly dissapointed. If you have theoption to choose another Popeyes please look at your food before you pull off. Read more
Update 08/30/19: Biscuits with my order were hard as a rock. Took the biscuits back with the receipt (albeit 3 hours later) and... the night manager was a little defensive and had to let me know that it didn't happen on her shift..smh. She did gave me freshbiscuits and apologized. I will always remember to check my bags even if I'm in a rush Staff was friendly and service was fast. Read more
This location in East NY was OK...clean and the staff were busy attending to customers. I find that the food at Popeyes, various... locations, is kinda hit and miss at times. More consistency needed. Read more
