One person doing both walk in an on line. 45 minutes wait. Had to voice complaint for manager to assist. People waiting on line,... got off line and ordered on their phone and received their food and left. We were still waiting. Needs better service andmanagement. Read more

The employee Farzana and the Manager were sooo RUDE! Never again will I go there. They both need to be retrained on customer... service as well as Retrained on Food Safety. The employee Farzana told me after I had waited nearly 10 minutes for my food thatthere was no Mac and cheese. The manager then stated that it would take 1 hour to made and be ready because it was frozen. Whysell me mac and cheese if there is none. Its not like it was before closing it was only 5pm!!!! As a cashier and server youshould know what is available and what is not! They were not changing their gloves after touching money, and food which is afood safety violation. The manager refused to give me his name so I took his picture. The line was out the door. And they weremoving as slow as molasses. And to top it allll off when i got home my order was WRONG! I live in the area and every time I visit this establishment, something goes wrong. More times than not, my order is incorrect... after I paid extra for specifics and I have to go back to explain why it's not correct. The manager always wants to seem busyand doesn't like to intervene when needed, and has one of the worst attitudes. The best thing about the place is that they openearly but I wouldn't advise buying any pieces of chicken when they first open and there are barely any pieces on the racksbehind the counter. Read more
