The store are are very clean. Employees over there are well behaved. And the the foods are fresh.
Absolutely terrible. Nasty attitude and out of this world incompetence. The staff is nasty and rude. The manager can?t lead a... conga line. The staff member in the hijab is rude and resorts to speaking different languages to her fellow staff while ignoringpaying customers for their food. Very very nasty. never had an issue with this place except one time an attempt was made to charge me separately for the sweet heat condiment... after i payed for a fish sandwich & requested the condoment.They also stopped selling the fish sandwich & the cheesecake whichmakes no sense because that?s the only two items i go to popeyes for. also i don?t know why they got that cover photo on herefor this place because that is not how the place actually looks nor is that the flatbush neighborhood. other than that it?s adecent place to go. Employees seemed lost, and I ordered 3 piece tenders and got 3 nuggets instead. When I was given the tenders as a replacement I... was initially fine with it, but the tenders were still raw and rubbery ! Feel like I threw my money in the trash and now I'mworried I'll get sick. I usually don't write reviews but what I witnessed today at this location brought me to doing so. Today around lunch time the... place wasn't as busy as nominally gets, a bunch of tables were open for seating. At one of the tables was a elderly mansleeping. I cant tell if he was homeless for not but he was clearly freshly discharged from the hospital being that he had isbelongings in a hospital bag. Being that there were plenty of open seats no one was trying to sit at his table nor was hebothering anyone when one of the workers came by him and tried to wake him up. At first everything was normal until the workertook the mans water bottle and started poking him with it yelling for him to get up and leave. The man said "stop please give meone minute and I'll leave" and that when the worked started yelling threatening to go get cold water or hot water and splash iton the man if he doesn't leave. A bit later the worker came back throwing the mans belongings and then splashing him with waterand watering the seat soaking the man. Not to mention that I and my food got splashed along with another family eating at a nearby table but this was very uncalled for, unprofessional, and inhumane overall especially being that the other staff andmanagement didn't even try to make better of the situation. I understand that no restaurant or business wants to have theircustomers coming in to a place where homeless people are sleeping at the tables but at the same time this could have beenhandled why better especially being how cold it is outside and now the poor man forced to be soaked in this weather.
