Terrible cashiers!!! Rude and inexperienced. Don't know how to move a line to make sure customers have fast and smooth... experience. There was one cashier, allowed a women to skip the line than passed her order to the next cashier causing so muchconfusion. Then when she was finally ready to take an order she walks away from the counter, almost purposely!! Didn't get hername but I know the shift. It would be nice to report her behavior. Read more

I absolutely hate this location, since they changed managers or head person in charge their customers service is a 0 for me. The... tall dark skin manager is very rude and doesn?t follow through in the order. I ordered TWO family size meals which was 16 pcseach trying to feed children. Do you know that manager packed 12 pieces of breasts, and 1 wing and filtered in the rest. And thebiscuits were hard. I felt like wasted my money because the kids didn?t eat the breast. They had no other option. So they didn?teat . I will never return back to this location. I hate being a ?Karen? but I was so disappointed in this meal. Read more
I bought a 10 piece family meal. Got to my destination and there was no ketchup and jelly for the dry biscuits and only 4... napkins in the bag. And it was the manager that took my order. Shame.. Read more

Avoid coming here they so un organized they have no structure all over the place messing up orders you ordering big orders they... can't even properly hand you your food and when asking for napkins which they don't put in your bag and you ask for sauce theygot a attitude terrible terrible terrible avoid and save your money I wish I could give it no stars first and last time Read more
