Popeye. The chicken was very good At this place. The biscuit was a little hard the french fries some were hard and some were... soft.. the strawberry lemonade is a little too sweet. This one was at Brighton Beach . I don't know the cross street. Read more
I?ve been to this restaurant multiple times. Worker over there called Fatima had the nastiest attitude. She even gave her co... workers a hard time all I wanted to was some fries and a drink but I ended up leaving cause I was completely turned off by thewhole experience. Definitely not going back. This has to be the worst worst Popeyes I've ever been in. it's dirty the worst customer service and extremely rude employees... .the chicken was cold this place is a complete disaster. I would be ashamed to give it to a homeless person. I can't imaginehow this place stays in business no wonder there was not one soul while I was waiting 15 minutes to get a cold piece of chicken.Don't waste your time or money going into this complete outrageous dump. The worst Popeyes I?ve been to. They need more staff. It?s max 2 people working and there?s always a line, with slow customer... service. They give attitude too. Other popeyes don?t charge for sauce? but they charge 50 cents each. One time I came and thewhole area was smoky. This place needs better management! Everything about this location was terrible. They were not busy / noone inside but me The employees barely spoke English or... pretended not to, was extremely hard to communicate with them They were missing chocolate and wild berry beignets and insteadof saying anything they told me everything I ordered was in the bag , when I checked and asked about the missing items theyfinally said they didn?t have them?why didn?t you just say that instead of trying to lie? The spicy and buffalo ranch chickensandwiches, you can see from the picture they just put two chicken tenders on and tried to pass it off as as how the sandwichesshould be?I?ve been at many Popeyes locations and had dozens of their sandwiches, not a single other location was anything likethis! I had always went to this location for convenience and never had a problem. On 12/7/22 I placed a order and after the cashier... cashed it out, he took the money, went in the backroom and came back saying that my $20.00 bill was fake. I just withdraw thebill from the ATM so it was puzzling how the bill was deemed fake. Nevertheless, I took the bill to another store and was toldit is legit.
