Fantastic soups and pierogis. If you ever wondered if it was possible to make a delicious meal with only potatoes and cabbage as... the main ingredients, wonder no more! Honestly you could just order like 3 soups and nothing else and leave remarkably satisfied(and you can't go wrong with any of the 10+ types they offer). And somehow the service is great too even though it often seemslike only 2 people work there lol. And surprisingly vegetarian friendly for a Polish place. Excellence all around, and thinkingabout how long these guys have been here - seems like decades, is it even possible? - they are true survivors and thrivers. Muchrespect. Read more
This was by far the most disappointing restaurant I?ve been to in years. I?m a 2nd generation Polish-American and have never in... my life had such bland Polish food, homemade or in other restaurants. The pierogi were okay, but the golabki, kielbasa, salad, potatoes, literally everything else had 0 flavor. My daughter had the fish and it was burnt and fishy. We ran out of water, ourserver would just disappear and never checked on us. My husband and best friend had pointed at their menu option and the serverbrought them the wrong dishes, when they told him, he immediately said this is not my fault. My best friend asked for adifferent dish which she finally received and said it was just okay but still ate, my husband waited to leave and just gotpizza. When the server brought the check and my friend asked about why we were charged for HIS mistake, he got extremelydefensive and rude, saying we had to pay for it because he would be in trouble etc etc, and we finally paid and just left. Herefused to get us in contact with anyone other than himself. Customer service goes a long way, but this place has no flavor orgood service. A waste of almost $200 for 5 people! Read more
Great atmosphere! Saturday night and they were really busy in the kitchen. I had the barley soup, a tyslkie beer , spinach... potato pierogi, and the chicken meatballs. Everything was outstanding!!!!! Our waiter was really polite and attentive. Nowonder why they're open for over 31 years . I will definitely return. Read more
Absolutely terrible! Firstly the menu is confusing. The server ?FBZ? (according to the receipt) was Soooooooo unprofessional and... DISRESPECTFUL! When we accidentally ordered the wrong thing, because the menu was unorganized and confusing, the waiter refusedto take it off of our checks and forced us to pay for it. He then also refused to tell me his name or get a manager. He satthere and argued with me for 5-10 min and was degrading to me because I am a woman and would only talk to the man at the tablewith us. He was not willing to be accommodating whatsoever. I have never been so upset with a restaurant in my life. No wonderwe were the only people there on a Saturday night. This place is a joke. Oh and the food was not good!! DO NOT EAT HERE Read more

This is place is amazing! The cucumber soup is so good, the Ukrainian borscht is so flavorful and all the pierogis are... fantastic. For some reason the place is always super quiet but the food is good every time and I?ve been here probably 10times! Check it out! Read more
