I've been here twice 70 minutes before their closing time listed online. Only to find their doors locked and the employees... talking behind the counter. Forget going to Pinkberry, i recommend going to Culture Frozen Yogurt at 331 5th Ave Brooklyninstead! Read more

AVOID: RUDE STAFF Walked into here on 10/26 at 8pm and as I walked in with my girlfriend staff looked at us and said ?oh no?.I... then asked if they were closing/closed. As my girlfriend proceeded to order staff was still having a conversation with otherstaff member asking if what she said was ?too loud? or ?too obvious?. I then told them that yes it was obvious. Very rude staff.First and last time coming in here. I?ll take my business somewhere else. Read more

The most opportunistic business in the hood. They discontinued kid size. In Park Slope. Here's a photo of their clientele. $~9... for the smallest size and they have the nerve to NEVER have napkins but only bathroom paper towels. Shame on you, Pinkberry. Inresponse, I went across the street to the new ice cream shop, Teo's, where I got a kids cone for $4. For $3, you can get a kidscup. I highly suggest you go get real ice cream at Teo's instead Read more

Delicious! Really good yogurt, and flavors too. The natural flavors and toppings is what makes it delicious!

The staff at Pinkberry was very rude and abrasive. After enjoying a great week at Stem Camp at West Point Military Academy and... having our flight abruptly cancelled, my 12 year old wanted froyo. Pinkberry came up prominently in the Googled search. Excitedto find an easy parking spot just a short walking distance away, we were surprised to find that we were the only customers on aSaturday afternoon. However, from the time we entered until we left, the server made us feel as though there was a long linebehind us. A simple question as, "What flavors do you have?", garnered the response, "its right there" with an annoyed point tothe wall. After the transaction, she simply said, "That's it!". Not even a thank you. I was never told the cost or given areceipt. I had to ask. I immediately understood why the store might be empty. However, I also wondered whether the fact thatmy son and I are black had anything to do with the exceedingly cool reception. Read more

I haven?t had frozen yogurt in a while and when I saw Pinkberry I was very excited to go in. The moment I walked in, a... displeased worker asked me what I want and I told her to give me a second but she asked again. Throughout my time there she wasunwelcoming and displeased. In my opinion, eight dollars for a small frozen yogurt with four toppings is very over the top. Onthe good side, I got the coconut flavor and it was amazing, the toppings were refreshing as well. I probably won?t go back thereinstead I?ll find a place with better staff members! Read more

They had a new flavor! My sister got Watermelon Lime, which she loved. I got Cookies and Cream. The toppings are all delicious!... The Acai Berry is pretty good too, and they have a wide variety of toppings. They do sometimes run out of toppings and flavors, however. They also seem to have some seasonal or limited edition flavors, as we ordered online multiple times and they didn'tseem to have Strawberry or Watermelon Lime at all. It may have been a glitch, as when we visited the shop, they had Watermelonplus Pomegranate and Mango. Read more
