These are tacos that look good but are basically the worst/ most overhyped Birria in the city. The Consomme tastes like melted... crisco. It is straight up waxy weird grease that coats your mouth, but bizarrely has no beef taste whatsoever and all you get isoil. Meat is equally not flavorful. Might be good if you are very drunk but otherwise I would find yourself some better Birria. Read more

Was really expecting to like this place but the consommé was so bad. It was straight up grease, water and salt ???? I had to... throw it out. The birria was full of fat ? had to spit out some of it. Honestly wouldn?t come here again. Read more

Birria Tacos & Consommé was smelly ! I was SO excited to eat this for lunch ! The Birria Tacos only looked good ! The smell was... HORENDOUS & tasteless ! The meat was full of fat ! & the consommé and meat smelled like pus honestly! Idk if it?s gone bad !But PLEASE if you?re in the food industry, food poisoning is real ! Please taste your food before selling & if the meat wasn?tstored properly and it?s starting to smell, don?t sell it to customers ! There was barely any seasoning that could cover up thetaste and smell ! I?ve lost my appetite & only had one bite of the Birria tacos & one spoonful of the consommé! We love taco trucks. Came after a concert in knockdown center and this taco no line and crunchy skin. delicious soup and tacos... came right off the grill theyre hot, but so good and very cheesy. Hand burn but worth it Read more
Food was fresh and was ready in 5 minutes! Tortabirria was bland, Quesobirria was good but their consume was really good. Add... the lime and 1/3 the red hot sauce to consume and thank me later! Dipping the Quesobirria into Consume (comes free with 3quesobirria's!) with added hot sauce and lime was a home run for us. Just remember to ask for a spoon for consume (if you'reinto that sort of thing). They dont auto add spoons to bags with consume. They only do CASH or ZELLE. They offer outdoorseating. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely come back! Oh! They offer a side of chilled cucumber on the side which is veryrefreshing (and also very good dipped in the consume!) Read more
Worst birria truck! Completely Flavorless $38 for 3 tacos, 3 quesadillas & nachos. Meat HAS NO FAVOR AT ALL & it has bones.... Consume is literally all oil & no taste. The quesadillas look & taste the same as the tacos just with cheese added. Nachos areliterally the same ones they sell at the movies all they did was add meat to it. Worst truck I have ever wasted my time & moneyat. Has me questioning if they are even Mexican honestly because I have made Mexican food & have been to Mexican restaurants &let me tell you that is not how tacos, quesadillas or nachos should look like let alone taste.
