This location is by far the most unorganized , poorly staff, and lacks of customer service location of Panera Bread I made a... purchase at. This is not the first incident when I placed an order and I was missing ingredients. I placed an order for two halfsalads . Chicken Cesar salad and received lettuce , croutons, and dressing. However , THERE IS NO CHICKEN in either. You can?torder upon entry you have to use the kiosk . The young man who may be the lead in the store has to do better with leading histeam to a functioning establishment. I got home missing the main ingredient in the CHICKEN Cesar Salad. Read more

They've been out of soup and mac and cheese for weeks now. It's a Panera so the food tastes good, but it often seems only half... the menu is available. They run out of certain types of cheese, baguettes, and more on a regular basis. Read more
It was awesome to see the level of detail and service that the members of this location showed during this visit. The staff... still adhered to the protocols and it added to the safety of the moments as we awaited our food. So if you are in the DowntownBrooklyn Bridge area and you are looking for a fresh item then give the Adams Street location of Panera Bread à visit. Read more
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I placed an order for French Onion Soup. I picked up my order then went home. When I got home, I... discovered that I had onions in brown soup. There wasn?t a crouton to be found. I called the Panera Bread at Adams St & was toldthat the cheese most likely melted (I?ll accept that). Apparently they ran out of croutons for the soup but neglected to tell methat per the Manager I spoke to. The manager apologized, offered to give me an extra piece of bread the next time I came intothe cafe, then hung up on me without taking down my Information. I guess she?ll just know it?s me when I get there. This isn?tthe first problem I?ve experienced at this location but enough is enough! You don?t get to take my money, give me something Iwouldn?t have accepted, then offer me extra BREAD to shut me up. I?m not a bird! I would?ve ordered a different soup had Iknown. I ordered a modern caprese sandwich with chicken and avocado. This is what I got. No fresh mozzarella, no pesto, they couldn?t... even slice the avocado into pieces to make an actual sandwich. I love Panera bread but this location is horrible. Read more

I walked three long blocks to get pastries. The server prepared my order and when I handed her the money( a 20.00$bill), she... said I had to have exact change or use a credit ????. I didn't have neither. I was pi$&ed ????. Very disappointed. I willnot go back again. Read more
