This location is by far the most unorganized , poorly staff, and lacks of customer service location of Panera Bread I made a... purchase at. This is not the first incident when I placed an order and I was missing ingredients. I placed an order for two halfsalads . Chicken Cesar salad and received lettuce , croutons, and dressing. However , THERE IS NO CHICKEN in either. You can?torder upon entry you have to use the kiosk . The young man who may be the lead in the store has to do better with leading histeam to a functioning establishment. I got home missing the main ingredient in the CHICKEN Cesar Salad. Read more

They've been out of soup and mac and cheese for weeks now. It's a Panera so the food tastes good, but it often seems only half... the menu is available. They run out of certain types of cheese, baguettes, and more on a regular basis. Read more
It was awesome to see the level of detail and service that the members of this location showed during this visit. The staff... still adhered to the protocols and it added to the safety of the moments as we awaited our food.
