I don?t recommend anyone to this Cafe Once we stay waiter came No greeting He said you have 2 min more order then we order pizza... and fries Pizza is very very bad Salty and likes to be stored in the freezer for a long time. Then very crowded and no space forsitting only one table with 3 chairs and I took my daughter on my leg and beside them another table I went and bring one chairand he looked no helpful Finally, we stay for 20 min and he charge us for 2 kids one of them not played she is 8 years for nocause I don?t recommend this place overcharged without any reason and a bad experience is welcomefor Clients Thanks for Nogreeting, respectful, and Charged Read more
Great place if you like to bring your kids and have piece of mind as well as you now have time to eat and enjoy time in this... restaurant. This time we had all food there Also food was fresh Would not eat ribeye steak there no more (it?s not a staleplace) however burger is pretty nice, definitely potatoes with mushrooms are must! Amazing place. I have driven by a thousand times but never went inside. Finally we were invited to a kids party here and it was... remarkable. There is an entire play area and jungle gym just for kids to go crazy and have fun. The party included a costumeunicorn and she entertained the children for an hour and they took photos together, made balloon animals, sang songs, just wow.Kids menu was the usual yummy food. Pizza, nuggets, fries, juice. The adults had 3 types of salads with assorted meats andcheeses. Then the main was steak, chicken kababs, and salmon. Food was great. They kept bringing the wine bottles. All theadults and kids had a amazing time. We will be having our daughters next bday party here. Read more
Highly disappointed. The idea is great. Having a place to eat, drink and relax while kids play is an awesome. Unfortunately, it... is very poorly implemented. The fact that my appetizer arrived after the rest of the party received their entrees should say itall. Service is slow. I asked the waiter repeatedly and was told that this is what happens when everyone orders at the sametime. My kid had a lot of fun in the play room. Read more
I have been coming here since they opened with my kids and they absolutely love it- it?s the ideal place for parents to be semi... relaxed while the kids are having fun. Food is good and atmosphere is very nice and clean. I had my child?s second birthday hereand was very content. I have encouraged my friends to have their kids birthdays here and they were very happy, as well. Overall,this place is fun, clean and just easy?. The bakery is also excellent. Read more
The best Family Cafe in the neighborhood and a great service! The Staff are super nice! I had to arrange the last minute... Birthday Party for my son and they helped me to make it great! Never recommend this place to others! I visited many good cafe's and restaurants in NYC but If you want to see a poor customer... service absolutely you should go here. The coffee was not good ( low quality) . They didn't ask me if I need anything else thewhole time I was there! When I asked the waitress ( which was a young girl) if you have free wifi, she said yes and immediatelywent, started chatting with her co-worker, they seemed to find my request weird!!! Which I really don't understand why!!! Theygave me receipt without the items I ordered! And I had to ask them to give me the correct receipt. I was happy I found abeautiful new place to go and enjoy but I was completely wrong. My first time going to a new place before reading thereviews.
