The young girl that works there is very nasty gets orders wrong, doesn't appologies and says its the customer fault.
The staff hete are very disrespectful and they always mess up orders.
I order from this restaurant many times in the past. The food is always good. This order I got boneless spareribs which I have... gotten plenty of times before. This time they were floating in oil like it was a soup! The oil was more then half way up thequart container. I called the restaurant and they refused to switch it out or give me a refund on the ribs. There was a manshouting in the back ground. The girl on the phone started shouting. It?s escalated to screaming. They tried to tell me that?sthe way it always cooked. They told me no refunds. All I wanted was a replacement. I had to contact Seamless to get areplacement. Ridiculous! Horrible. Please do not order from them. They are incredibly disrespectful. I had an issue with my Grubhub order and instead of... trying to find a solution for the problem, the lady who answered my call got loud and defensive. Horrible customer service. I ordered one thing after repeating myself four times, and they still brought the wrong order. When I... called to tell them that they brought me the wrong order they tried to charge me more money. The person on the phone was okbecause i placed the order with her, but the boss sounded REALLY nasty in the background. The food is good but not good enough to deal with that BS. Read more
They make Brown Chicken Chow Mein, absolutely disgusting!! Straight into the garbage!! --oily and soggy :( waste of money.
