I was impressed by the birria quesadilla, it's a homemade tortilla with great texture. And it's huge. I also enjoyed the birria... taco. The horchata has a strong herbal aspect that I liked. I ordered 10pm on a Wednesday night and there were only 2 othersthere, but my food wasn't ready until 40 minutes later, which was frustrating. The best birria I've ever had in any form (tacos, burritos, etc). The aguas frescas are delicious and the Maya's Snack Bar ice... pops are a great cap to a meal. If I come in a group, we usually get the birria "pizza." If I come alone, I usually go for thebirria taco combo. It comes with three tacos and a cup of consomé. Always get a side of tortilla chips if you want to get themost out of the consomé since there's usually some meat at the bottom of the cup. As someone who can eat a fair amount oftacos, I was surprised how filling the combo was so you probably won't need more to leave satisfied. Read more
