The ambiance is beautiful. The cappuccino was adequate. The bottled juice was delightful and water was cold and crisp. That's... where the praise stops. The barista was short, curt and matter of fact. When I asked about water, she pointed to two bottles inice without a price indicated. I didn't think much of it. Any reasonable price, even high in a hotel would be acceptable giventhe need. I ordered a cappuccino & a plain uncrusted croissant. Two bottles of water, one small bottle of juice andaforementioned items amounted to $52.07. Seriously. 5 items. $52.07. I cannot stress enough how that is absolutely bonkersinsane. Disappointing experience at Neighbors cafe. Take-away coffee order took 25 minutes, and when I finally received my coffee it... tasted awful. If I were Bluestone lane I'd be very concerned about who they are partnering with to on-sell their coffee. It wasdefinitely not up to the quality you would expect to get for Bluestone lane coffee. Beautiful cafe. Natural vibe. Spacious design with beautiful view. Has nice outdoor seating. Open until late. Very friendly... service. Selling Bushwick tea. A little pricey but very fresh & good. Cafe is on first floor of the 1 Hotel. There is also aside entrance on the side of the building. Read more
