I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this excellent restaurant. Well we enjoyed a astonishing evening and the place was certainly... one of the reasons for the successful gathering. I ordered the bento box on a Sunday. The quantity is amazing. My beef teriyaki bento box came with 6 California rolls, one miso... soup, three dumplings or gyoza, rice, edamame, one salad and my beef teriyaki. The flavors of the teriyaki are not as developedbut they had the order ready in ten minutes and the portions are big. This lunch special was only 11 bucks so value for money. Read more
Sat down and they brought water. The glass and water smelled like fish. Not good. Got miso soup. That sucked. The broth... separated and didn't have any flavor. Couldn't eat it. Salad was nasty. Moved on to entree. The only good thing on the plate wasthe rice. The tempura had No color or flavor. The shrimp was gonna save it...nope! Overcooked and hard to chew. Left and went toa diner.
