Really delicious and lovely place. This is the second time I've been but it had been some time since my first visit. Stepping... inside you feel the warmth aba Greek taverna with a good selection of options. There are a couple of tables outside as well ifthe weather is good but it's not set up in a true "outside dinning" area that is covered. Decent selection of wine but very fewGreek wines. Had a salad and mousaka. The portion of mousaka was plentiful with leftovers for the next day. The only reason Igave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the prices are quite high for the level of service and location. Read more
This place is super delicious. We have decided that it will be a once a month occurrence for us. We have tried about 1/3 of the... menu and have yet to be truly disappointed. The only complaint I really have is that they seem to be light on the salt, but mywife and I like our stuff a little heavier on the salt, so the fact that they are light is nice that it supports all ranges ofsalt lovers. Lovely local restaurant with delicious food! We went here and did outdoor dining. They had a great setup - tent with plenty of... ventilation and heaters that provided ample warmth. We shared 3 appetizers: OHTAPODI (Marinated octopus), KALAMARAKIA STAKARVOUNA, and Fried Feta with honey and sesame seeds. The meal came with delicious warm bread with olives. For the main weshared CHICKEN SOUVLAKI Platter and a LAMB GYRO platter. For 4 hungry people this was the perfect amount of food. Read more
this place is a bit off the beaten path. but it is well worth the journey. i?ve been coming to this place because it?s in my... neighborhood for the past 10 to 15 years and it always delivers the best taste with outstanding service. Last night we had acombination of appetizers and different foods.We started our celebration together with a shot of ouzo. Then we ordered a bunchof appetizers which included hummus baba ghanouj and octopus. If you are a fan of awesome Greek recipes then this is the placefor you. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and very down to earth just like being home. for entrées we ordered a number ofthe fish dishes including the Chilean sea bass and the whole Bronzino.. my brother decided to order a steak and that was alsodelicious. To top things off we had a cheesecake that was some homemade with Filo dough on the outside. i?m not usually adessert person but the wine was plentiful and the food was delicious so I ventured and had a bite.
