Had a lot of fun but they are too zealous in clearing food - my friend closed her tab and said she didn’t want the fries with... her order wrapped to go but when i turned around they had also cleared my NEARLY FULL order of wings (on my own tab)! Was invited to this place by a friend and it was awesome. Nana’s meatloaf is great and the chili syrup used in the chicken... and waffles is out of this world! The syrup can be used in their wings too instead of the buffalo sauce. Can’t skip out onthe babka bread pudding either. Read more
Inattentive, rude service. I did not feel welcome, which is not common in this neighborhood, borough, or city. The staff had... stipulations for alcohol drink size and food quantity minimums which were not in writing. While this is a minor point, thiscould easily and simply be displayed to fit the existing design of the menu to help the customers and staff save time. Beerprices were standard for NYC, but the "bar" did not function as a bar. Staff, including the co-owner did not check in and werealmost avoiding customers. They also failed to notice empty glasses. Politely asking for common items or to pay the bill seemedinconvenient for staff. For New York, including Williamsburg, the surrounding neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and Manhattan, thefood prices were high for the quality received, especially considering the lack of professionalism and awareness of the staffand co-owner. I'd gladly pay more money for a good product and pleasant service, but this location and trip displayedneither. There are better options for food and beer with kinder business owners in the near vicinity to spend your dollars. Read more
When you enter the store you can order vegan breakfast options to the right at the counter. Tried bagel with vegan lox. Nice... taste. And nice coffee available in 8oz too! Read more
Delicious and unique sandwiches, I loved their take on a banh mi with duck. their bread is really fantastic. It’s a cute... little space in the back of the grocery store. My only qualm is the price point, I expect a next-level sandwich for $20. thesewere great but not mind-blowing. otherwise, it’s worth checking out once! Read more

Randomly walked in after spending some time in Domino park. There’s a market in the front and a section with a bar & food in... the back offering outdoor & indoor seating. Ordered frozen drinks called painkillers and tried a few different tap beers.Service was weird at first as we didn’t know whether to sit and wait for a waiter or to go to the bar and order our food butonce we figured that out everything was great. The wings are super delicious and oversized and we had a delicious slice of cakeas well! Read more
This place has the best bar food that you will have in your life. Spicy chicken sandwich, Burger, & the WINGS are absolutely... amazing, it’s not cheap but worth the price, I’m not so much a craft beer guy but they have a large selection of them, andthe bartender let me sample to find something I’d enjoy. Great job Mekelburgs. I can’t wait to be back. Food is to die for. Read more
