Customer Service dry unfriendly n you have to request cook to order for fresh tasting food Allll McDonald's
It's different at McDonald's on Rockaway avenue but me and my daughter went in she just wanted chicken McNuggets and instead of... as usual waiting on the line one of the doors was locked that you come into and the other door was locked will you get your foodwhich was different and then once it's done supervisor worker goes out of a door go back to where we usually wait at to get thefood to come back I think it's too much work on the worker and inconvenience for the customers it should go back to how it waspeople waiting on the line where it was before I believe it was good the way it was before but the chicken nuggets were good Read more
Service fine and bathroom clean. Food is McDonald fare. Ok and filing and no longer inexpensive.
Had a bad experience here 2day, not the usual, things seemed 2 b off-beat, somehow. One of the commercials 4 McDonald's... advertises picking up "a drink", n that is what I tried 2 do. I only wanted an iced coffee so, I ordered it. Other ppl werethere b4 me, others came after me. After 12 minutes, I checked the board 4 my number my number wasn't there. All numbers, n ppl,that were there with me, were. I commented about this 2 the cashier who served me, she kept working. After 2 more minutes offrustration, I asked 4 my $ 2 b returned. That even took time. Finally received my $ bk, no "drink"! Went 2 a different location2 get my "drink". Read more
The place was not clean, a lot of stuffs didn't work, like screen for line, ordering automat and so on

I went to get some fries ???? at this location and they renovated the place, which was great and the new system to order is... Awesome too.... fries was hot and got them fast. The staff here was efficient. I have to try their food fully and then I'll addthe last star ???? Read more
