The drive thru employee sucks. He rushes you at the speaker and doesn?t get the order correct. Mind you I went 2 different days,... I work in the area and wanted breakfast. To only get my order wrong both times and his attitude was ?ma?am that?s what u askedfor that?s why I gave you? I asked for a BACON egg & cheese mcgriddle and I?ve gotten a biscuit egg & cheese and then a sausageegg & cheese and I don?t eat sausage so I didn?t ask for it!!! The McDonalds on Utica ave and Ave H has its good days and bad days. That day i was on drive thru. It was very busy. I ordered a... 20 pcs. Nuggets and Large Fries combo and a Big Mac. The service was good and the food was hot. The only complaint i have isthey gave me the wrong sauce. I asked for Hot Mustard and was given Honey Mustard. Read more
McDonalds is already a last resort but this McDonalds is horrid. And the little dark skin sugar tank they have working at night... is awful! He enjoys disappointing customers and talks bad about customers when they leave out loud. McDonald's is fast food wherever you go, but this one is Special from all the others closer to Marine Park or Kings Plaza area... on Flatbush Ave. They decorate inside based on the season. Small cheery artificial flowers on every table. Greeted by friendlystaff with great service that keeps me coming back. This McDonald's beats Starbucks for me in the mornings. I can get free Wifiand type with a trendy Café vibe. Breakfast is awesome here and the staff is attentive to your needs. It is clean and Spotlessall the way to the bathrooms. The only downside is after 2:30 in the afternoons, they get swamped by middle school kids from aschool around the corner.
