First time I have been to this McDonald's . The staff were very friendly . The bathroom was spotless.
It's hot/cold fast food, works for little people (kids.)
Went there with my son & ordered a six piece chicken nuggets happy meal, extra fries & a burger. Came home to eat & realize they... only put fries in the happy meal so i literally paid almost $7 for a ex small fries & a toy ??????? I get they are busy but likepay attention cause just imagine how many times they have done that. Today I went to McDonalds to order my Boss?s Lunch with the credit that he provided. That card was in bad state, but I never... thought it would be declined, which it was. By that moment I thought that my boss gave me the wrong card (which is somethingthat happens sometimes) but the manager at that moment (around noon) asked me so he can check the card and said: Look at thiscard! What kind of card this is ? This seems to be taken from the street we cannot accept it. At first I tried to be empatheticand I never acted in an unusual way. Later on I went to my boss and effectively he gave me the wrong card, so he apologized andgave me the right one (for which was in a bad state too) and sent me to order the lunch once again. This time, the manager wasthe one to take my order once again, but he wasn?t empathetic at all, instead he just took the card once again and raising hisvoice he said: What's this? We can?t accept this, Is this a joke for you? I asked why? And he replied: you come here again andwant to pay with same card (At that moment I understood the prejudice he got against me for a simple mistake, not being politeat all and giving a wrong customer service) I informed it was not the same card, this time, the card was accepted and able topay the order, the manager didn?t apologize for the prejudice or for raising his voice, he just said: take care (in increduloustone). I understand the rush of the orders, I understand the stress, I understand the bad behavior of other people or badexperiences, but each customer is a new one, McDonalds, I hope you can provide to this Location (and others that probablytreated people like this or worst) a good Customer Service, because that was lack of professionalism, at least the otheremployees there, they have a better customer service than the manager.
