There's no line. Everyone is all over the place. The kiosk didn't issue a receipt and it cleared so fast we weren't even sure... what our order number was. The server puts the order on the counter and someone who was waiting just picked up our larger sizedrink and left. After trying several times to get his attention we were asked if we wanted a new drink or the same one which wasa plus. There was too much going on. Plus it was noisy and crowded with young adults. We had to ask for straws and something toput the drinks in. The space to order is small. I think the kiosks are in a bad place. They could be placed elsewhere. Read more

The employees showed up 100 stars's for that in this first big storm I APPRECIATE YOU ALL. So Anthony woke up with this bright... idea for us to go get breakfast at Mc Donald's mind you we have not been there for breakfast in more than 4 years but he chosethe first day of a big snow storm & of cause I followed because I really like their harsh brown, sausage, pancakes and pies. Thedining area was close today so we just ordered came back home and had a good breakfast and we did not have to ask for jelly,syrup, black pepper, salt or butter that morning staff was on point they looked to see each other and the customers and veryfriendly despite the weather and I loudly told them I appreciate them. Very slowly service. I had already been to the restroom before ordering because it took almost 20 minutes to take the orders of... the 2 people in front of me. After ordering, I mentioned that the men's restroom had no toilet paper. The cashier said shewould get that taken care of. I had my food and was in eyeshot of the restroom.until I finished eating. No one went in. I askedagain about the toilet paper, and the cashier was rude, saying she had to go *all the way to the back* to get the guy in thegrill area to go replace the paper (as if the 15 steps was a trek across America.) It has now been 85 minutes, and there is nochange in the restroom. The cashier glares at me, as if I am supposed to go wait in a booth for the paper to bereplenished. Meanwhile, the cashier has been chatting with a friend almost nonstop. I'm not sure why the manager, who knows Iasked about the restroom, isn't doing anything either. The manager just came out to ask if I wanted a pile of napkins for therestroom, since the guy in the back grill area was busy. There were never more than two orders in the queue at a time, and therewere multiple people in the back with him working. This isn't a situation where "it was better in the old days." This is purelynegligence and spite, when there was plenty of time and overlapping resources behind the counter to be able to take care of asimple toilet paper replacement in the men's room. To be clear, the man in the grill area was not asked to replace the paperuntil 11:15pm. I had been in McDonalds since 9:50pm. This was not his fault. When the man came out with the toilet paper, Irecognized him as the person who was directly next to the heat lamps in the front of the grill area. Asking him to replenish thetoilet paper would have taken seconds, without the cashier having to move from her station. Won't be back.
