So I order a large fish meal and double cheeseburger this evening and was given lukewarm fries that were as it seemed the last... bits in the tray and the fish was rock hard and overcooked badly with a literal drop of tarter sauce, the burger was halfwrapped with cheese oozing out of the wrapper that I requested a new order and the second was worst than the first. I asked forthe manager who was indifferent and dismissive stating, ? what u want me to do I?m the only manager here, I can?t be in the backand the front too!? I told him he has great managerial skills, asked for a refund and left! The cashiers in the front laughedthe entire time, it?s astonishing! Couldn?t be any worse. Employees doesn?t know how to treat customers. Doesn?t know manners at all. Waited at the line for order... and when my turn came she straight said this is a cash only line and I have to wait in line again at the other register wherethey?d accept cards too.
