BEWARE! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL SERVE YOU MOLDY FOOD. I can't believe I have to write this review. On October 1,... 2022 I decided to give this place a try. To my horror, the cinnamon cheesecake I ordered had MOLD ON IT. I quickly called therestaurant and tried to talk to a manager. Someone gave me a number to text a picture of the moldy food. I received a messageasking if I wanted them to send me another slice of presumably moldy cheesecake or a refund for the cheesecake. SERIOUSLY! Isaid I would take a refund for the cake and I again tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager. They said the managercouldn't speak with me because they were speaking to another manager. Well guess what, I never got my refund nor did a managerspeak to me or attempt to follow up. What if my child ate that moldy food. DON'T EAT HERE! Ok, here's the deal: Maya truly has some of the best Mexican food in the area and I've been a customer for 8 years HOWEVER if... you order it, your order will consistently be 1-3 hours late... if it shows up at all (the last 2x I've ordered, I've ended uphaving to cancel at the 2 hours late mark). Good if you can get it, but I recommend always going in person if you actually wantto eat. 3 stars for experience, 5 stars for food (if it actually arrives). Read more

Used to be a good spot (pre COVID) but they forgot that food needs to be seasoned. A chicken burrito is pretty much a rice... burrito with a hint of chicken and very low seasoning. I guess the hope was for the onions and cilantro to help but that didn'tdo it. I also noticed they have an app of their own now so I guess that means time to find another place to order a burritofrom. I guess they were having an off day.??????????? Dry nachos, sour cream watery, pico de gallo had no taste like it was old, very... little meat and it was a large! I called and told them about it, they sent me a replacement, 2nd meal was the same exact way??????????? Though the takeout I?ve had from here is always high quality, my experience dining onsite wasn?t great. The specialty vegetable... taco (kale & onion) didn?t have much flavor - it was mostly lettuce and the hot sauce just made it overly spicy. I also ordereda tamale which tasted like it was microwaved slightly and only a bit above room temperature. I brought it back and they saidthey would make another one, but it was the same warm temp. Even though they gave me a refund, which I appreciated, I stilldon?t think I?ll be back for dine-in since there are plenty of other similar places near here. Read more
