Ordered on Uber Eats for pick up but when I arrived, when I was told my order was ready, I was told to leave and I'm a lier. No... way I ordered 20 minutes ago when they've been closed for almost an hour. Showed them my order confirmation from Uber Eats andwas told it's Photoshop??? They refused to cancel the order saying it doesn't exist. Now I'm out that money, avoid at all costs. Read more
Absolutely a fantastic place to eat! The ambiance was totally unexpected: I felt like I was in a 5-Star luxury restaurant! ... Simultaneously, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed with awesome views of the actual sports campus (which I had no idea it waslol). The gentleman who really sold this wonderful experience for me is Artem. He is the grand master of the MatchPoint Cafein my honest opinion. Artem was very welcoming even from my phone call inquiring about were customers of the cafe allowed topark in the parking lot (which the answer is yes for future reference, shout out to Artem once again), to the moment I steppedfoot into the cafe itself. Artem was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu as well as the premises itself! When Iasked about recommendations, Artem recommended a fantastic salad that comes with grilled salmon, shrimp, avocado, feta cheese,lettuce, and much more. It was so delicious, I regret I forgot the name of it lol. Rest assured though, if Artem is therehe'll definitely help you out! We buy smoothies here twice a week, I make smoothies at home daily. Today my child ordered the same smoothie as always. I... noticed she wasn?t drinking it after 15 minutes .. debated if it was the wrong order she grabbed. I normally don?t complain orbother but decided to approach the cashier and ask 30 minutes after we got it and my daughter still refused to drink it. Theywere rude and said it?s been an hour and smoothies become liquid after a while. I tried to explain it?s been this way since thebeginning and my daughter has not been drinking or enjoying it as always. Asked to exchange for an iced tea from the fridge,they refused and couldn?t do that. Instead of acknowledging that the smoothie is too fluid and looks like juice with foam andjust accommodate the customers request they chose to ignore.
