Took the kids here on a Friday night. Atmosphere is laid back, staff friendly, and good service. The food stole the show.... Malasian style curry comfort stew was my favorite, but everything we had was amazing. My new favorite vegan restaurant inBrooklyn!!! Read more

I had a really good Vegan Lunch at this place. Their Outdoor dining is beautiful and quiet. I ate the Sweet and Sour Sesame Soy... with breaded soy protein, Cauliflower, Broccoli, PineApple, and Bell Peppers. Along with an Eggroll, white rice, and mixed saladgreens. I also drank Thai Iced Coffee. Highly recommend to stop for a great Lunch and Dinner. Read more

Always leave full and feeling nourished. Luanne?s has a large menu and everything I?ve tried has exceeded expectations (the... kimchee gumbo is so good!) The team at the Dekalb location are so welcoming & I really like the friendly waitress Dory! Read more

Don't know who is leaving 5 star reviews, not the Asians! The food is a westerner's take on Asian food, a poor one at best.... Extremely bland. Friend had the dumplings, no idea what the fillng was but it was not good. I had the rice noodles, which for 14dollars, plus an expectation for tip, was nothing more than shop-bought instant rice noodle, vegetables, tofu and a very watereddown shop-bought miso paste. This is not a restaurant, but likely a place you would go to for drinks and chat with friends, asthe food is apparently not made by a chef. If you're looking for good vegan Asian food, there are several great vegetarianrestaurants in Chinatown which do serve actual Asian food! Read more

I was told about this place several years ago but kind of brushed it off .... "Vegan Asian in Brooklyn, been there, done that." ... Boy was I wrong ... Let's start with ambiance, cool, dimly lit, jazzy even in the afternoon. The garden is delightful - it's arefreshing break from the norm ... perfect for friends, couples, and/or single patrons. For starters, I had scallion pancake.... drizzled with teriyaki sauce and pineapple bits, it was exceptional. Then I had the general tso's lunch special completewith spring roll and salad. It was delicious as well. Service was kind, thoughtful and thorough. Like the previous reviewmentioned.... it's giving "Why didn't I come here sooner" but now that you know ... just come here more often! Read more

Why didn?t I come here earlier? I?ve been asking myself everyday since my first visit last week! The extensive vegan menu is... absolutely mind blowing. I want to try every item on it. The relaxed and stylish interior vibes are also wonderful. I had a ricebowl and eggplant appetizer and both were amazing. The rice in the bowl was cooked just perfectly and the skewer was reallyflavorful with a nice texture. From a sustainability perspective, they used all reusable utensils for dine in. Can?t wait to goback and try more items! Read more

Awesome place with a variety of great vegan dishes. I highly recommend to try the Crispy Stuffed Tofu Skin. They are so... delicious and a great appetizer. I took as a main course Tempeh & Seaweed Quinoa Bowl. It had a great flavor and is the rightamount to fill your tummy. The service was friendly and fast. Read more
