It was just simple chilling night with my friends at one of my friend?s place and the pizza was our late dinner (2nd... round). Unfortunately I didn?t make the order so not sure what exact toppings they were, but I loooved the half portion withonions on it, and suspecting that there was truffle oil on the top of it too. A cozy family-style... red sauce joint, Lombardo consistently churns out brag-worthy and generously topped brick-oven pies. This time we got theprosciutto and funghi pizza featuring portobello shrooms, briny prosciutto, red onions, and truffle-infused EVOO. Every bite wasjust as enjoyable as the one that preceded it. It?s become a personal goal of ours to try every pie on their menu. Just be sureto get here for dinner earlier rather than later; there is a finite amount of dough that?s prepared everyday. Read more
