Terrible delivery service. Never rang the bell. Slice had the wrong number but the door bell was never rung. No clue how the... pizza is. I?m assuming cold and mediocre. I would go for any of the other places in the area before these guys. Read more
We ordered Layla Jones through Grubhub recently. Layla Jones is usually very reliable and high quality and we are regular... customers. However this time, we received one Spaghetti and Meatballs but no Fast Eddie Pizza, as ordered. I had to call therestaurant to try and reorder, because I could not reorder on GrubHub in the moment for some reason (and could not leavefeedback on the app or website). When the Fast Eddie pizza arrived about 20 minutes later, it was quite overcooked and almostinedible. Not sure what happened this time, but very disappointing, confusing experience. Read more
Place has no good customer service. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and took literally two hours to arrive which on top of... that was the wrong pizza. Then, I spoke to the manager and he basically went ahead and blamed the delivery guy claiming that thepizza was there waiting to be picked up. When I told him that it was the wrong pizza, he desperately wanted me to give him thedelivery guy contact info, claiming again that it was his fault and not the restaurant. I want to give a 5 star SO badly because of how delicious this pizza is in person, but it significantly disappoints for takeout... and I?ve tried twice now. The crust is so phenomenal in person, which is what made the pizza delicious, but during takeoutsomehow the box gets very steamy and the crust is always very soggy and is barely saved by reheating in the oven. Really good pizza! We got the dinner special, salad, pie (we upgraded to pepperoni) and two drinks. Salad was good, pizza was... very good and service was fast and friendly. I would definitely come back here. Plus, leftover pizza was still great the nextday. Read more
