a tasty bowl of ramen on a cold rainy night! the broth was mostly just salty, but the noodles were fresh and delicious. chashu... was okay. we also got the shishito peppers, which defied all expectations by being incredibly spicy ? i?m not sure if this is apro or a con. eat at your own risk. they were busy but not crowded on a monday night; staff were friendly and polite. i?d comeback if i happened to be in the area, but probably wouldn?t go out of my way to eat here again. started coming to this ramen shop ever since i was 19, i?m 24 now and can honestly say i have never been to a better ramen shop!... I even traveled all over California and couldn?t find anything better! Staff are always polite too! Highly recommend the ParcoRamen! But writing about it is nothing compared to experiencing it!
