business has a habit of not answering the phone when people call. two times I made a order on seamless. both times my order was... running late. both times I tried calling about my order over dozens of times. and both times no one bother to pick up the phoneonce. and both times had to call grubhub to cancel my order and get a refund for my order. used to order from this business onthe regular. but after two times in a row of going through this. will not be ordering from here again. rather deal with abusiness that gives the customer respect enough to answer the phone when being called. The cashier let other people cutting the line. It was a Friday afternoon. The place was packed with people, and the line was... long, almost to the entrance. I notice a 50 years old Jewish person go inside and stand right behind the first person at theline and right after that person placed his order, the Jew cut the line and start to place his order. Oh man this place has truly fell off. It used to be the go to place for pizza. But I recently ordered a slice and may I tell you... it was so gross, like really bad ????????????????????????. I ordered the pasta with chicken cutlet nad cheese. It was definitely the wrong choice. Maybe should have gone with the one with... grilled chicken. The taste was very average and nothing to talk about, I personally didn't like it much. The garlic knots weredry and chewy there is definitely a lot of scope for improvement there. The food here is pretty good. The wait time for delivery is standard. If you decide to go into the restaurant there are two... booths to sit in . There are also areas where you can stand and eat your food if necessary. The staff is always extremelyaccommodating , and willing to make custom food if you ask for it. I?ve only had one issue with this place which was when thedelivery guy asked for a tip before I got a chance to give him one.
