Horrible service, soda/juice machine was broken and instead of accommodations being made such as money off your order they... suggested you drink the Hawaiin Punch, Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea or Lemomade, kind of forced people to do so. Others said thelemonade didn't taste right and they still didn't want to give them a dollar or two off their order. Rude rude rude, seems tohave very limited customer service experience. Besides the experience of waiting and jacked up service the food itself did notfail. Read more

My experience is with the kfc need to be out of business because the juice are too sweet.The meat is too salty and they sell me... nasty macaroni and cheese.The cheese taste expired and disgusting.It almost make my son vomit.I had to throw away all the foodthat I buy in the kfc. Read more

Went there at nearly 11:30am and although it says both online and on their front door that they open 10:30, they were closed.

Please clean your windows .. we as a commuinty would love to actually be able to see in from the outside. It is very sad and... off putting to see a business such as KFC with filthy windows. Thanks in advance, looking forward to the difference. Read more

Worse experience ever..today Saturday 9/03/2022 I place an order using the app doordash...we waited for over 2 hours and the... order never came.. I had to cancel .. stay away from this KFC AT PITKIN AVENUE IN BROOKLYN.. BAD SERVICE AND THEY GIVINGDOORDASH A BAD NAME. Read more

This five star review is more about the staff?s professionalism and the taste of the food. Upon entering the staff was being... yelled and sworn at by multiple guests. And the manager (a short dark-skinned woman, I?d give her a shout out if I knew hername) responded respectfully despite the verbal assault she was given. Also, the staff kept pushing despite the anger the guestscontinued to share. The way their team responded showed a lot of maturity. Concerning the food: I will openly admit it tooksome time. BUT, despite the wait, the food has literally (I seriously mean this) been amazing since I first started to buy fromthis location. I?ve tried different things and none of their food so far has tasted dry or bland. Note: I?m a manager at afast food restaurant so I know how when staff is short, new, or going through a life crisis it can greatly affect the speed ofthe business. So, I automatically attributed the wait time to one of those factors which is why I still give them a 5 starrating. Read more
