Ordered a 8 piece mixed of original chicken with 4 biscuits. Get home 5 minutes away to find out they gave me 1 breast, 4 legs... and 3 thighs. The biscuits were stale and tasted like they were made the day before. I will NEVER go back there again!!! Read more
There's always an issue with this place. Slow lines, long wait times. This time my wife ordered a big box for $11 n change and... they gave her instead a $6 box with 2 small pieces of chicken n barely a handful of fries. Ran out of biscuits, and the customerservice was dismissive and i don't wanna be here attitude. Also no fork given on a mashed potato bowl. Read more

I walk in this store to order food because I'm on a double shift. I order two pieces of chicken with orlando. I notice they... bring a fresh rack of chicken . I'm a mta worker of course I had the shirt on my mistake . I get to my bus and open the box..they gave me old chicken and old biscuit. I put it in the garbage. To all my city workers no matter who you work for becareful ordering food in the streets people don't like us. They forget we pay taxes as well our checks have deductions. Thehate is real. Read more
