Meh. Went here to see what the hype was all about, and I wasn't impressed. It's a fine sandwich, maybe a little better in... quality than you might get from Subway, but not by much. Sliced to order meat doesn't really improve quality, but it definitelytakes more time. I'll give the staff a pass on that, but I ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. There are better sandwichshops in the area to eat. If you want a real Italian sub, Russo's is the place. If you want a good deli sandwich, there are afew options that aren't chain restaurants, there are plenty of other options. Read more
I ordered a turkey sandwich using their order ahead website. I waited instore over an hour for the sandwich and then they got it... wrong. I didn?t say anything because I had wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for a sandwich and didn?t have any additionaltime. It?s not as they they were particularly busy, they just seem to kind of ignore the online orders. People who ordered rightthere were out much more quickly. My family and I have been to this location several times since the opening. Fresh made to order sandwiches hot or cold. The... staff is super friendly and positive which is amazing as I have seen some very high maintenance and rude patrons during myvisits.
