We stopped by Izzy rose yesterday before heading to st James joy. I have NEVER come across a bartender who was as rude and... disrespectful as the guy who was working yesterday. After asking 3 questions about different cocktails - he told my boyfriend Iwas ?annoying? and if those were his friends he would be embarrassed. He also said that if we wanted an apology we should ?headto Manhattan?. I?ve worked in the service industry through my teens and 20?s. Never once would I ever speak to a customer likethat. We were not rude, we were not loud, we were simply asking questions about the cocktails - which is exactly what happens ata bar. Whoever is the manager here, check your employee who worked Saturday afternoon. He doesn?t deserve that job. I love yourbar, but now have zero desire to return. Read more
I have come here twice: once during the day and once at night. At night I loved the vibey interior - dimly lit, amazing... cocktails disco ball great music. During my day drink the backyard hit the spot. We settled into a shady table in the back andenjoyed being outside.
