Island Cz has really exceeded my expectations this time around. I got the spicy shrimp and curry goat both which were amazingly... well flavored. I?ve come multiple times and the food has gotten significantly better. I highly recommend tasting everything. Read more
I keep giving this place chances to possibly get better customer service but they prove me wrong every time. My fiancé & I... walked in to this place, with only 3 guests seated inside. We waited at the door for about 10 minutes for someone to eithergreet us or take us to a table. Once we realized no hostess was coming to seat us we attempted to seat ourselves. Once thathappened someone came out and gave us a seat. We sat there for some time, while the person who seated us sat at the bar with herhead down. No one asked what we wanted to drink or if we even wanted to order anything. We ended up leaving and walking over tobamboo walk, which we received great service & food. Let me start by saying this was by far my worst experience in a very long time. Coming from a hospitality background they missed... there mark by far. (1)The host isn't a host. (2) The servers can't serve even if you hang the sign up in front of them. (3) Themusic was way to loud so you're streaming your order to the server. (4) Their on the phone and eating in front of patrons, andthe manager is sitting there with them. (5) The drinks are only for people who grows hair on their chest because it was strongand tasteless. (6) The staff service was atrocious. They never asked how or if you needed anything. The table was sticky. Thefood wasn't good at all. They only came to tables that had hookah and serviced that tables. Overall I'm not impressed with theservice I received today. Read more

Found this place on a whim after completing some shopping nearby. This restaurant practices social distancing and contact... tracing so I appreciate their follow through. I ordered their reggae pasta( you select which protein to add), which is pennepasta shells with lobster meat ( it was real lobster) and shrimp. My friend ordered baked salmon, veggies and fresh mashedpotatoes. Overall the experience was cool. The food was enjoyable and filling. Had dinner with a friend, Order two oxtail dinner and four rum punches. Bill came up to $130.00 when I viewed it but when I... reached home I realized I was charged $156.00 an additional charge for escovitch fish and vegetables that I never ordered. Triedcontacting them, they don't answer phones, bottom line very shady place. Be very vigilant regarding charges beforeexiting. After an investigation I received my money back after getting my credit card company involved because no one answersthe phone there. The only agenda I had was to have a good time like any other customer, your reply is just as shady as theservice. You can probably educate yourself on better business practices. Read more
